When you shop with me, you are buying handmade artwork. My offerings are designed and created in the United States.
Returns:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately for a replacement. You may return any non-sale item for a store credit, minus shipping costs. For store credit, your item must be in its original condition and returned to me within 21 days of its shipment date. Please email me at Teresa@SilvestriStudios.com to initiate your return.
Privacy:
I am committed to safeguarding all personal information collected online. This privacy notice pertains to the collection and use of all information at SilvestriStudios.com. I may modify my website, its features and my practices from time to time. However, I will treat all personal information I collect in accordance with this privacy notice.
All Information Is Voluntary: At SilvestriStudios.com, I do not collect personally identifiable information unless my visitors voluntarily provide it to me.
Visitors who order merchandise from SilvestriStudios.com will be required to provide their full name, billing and mailing addresses, e-mail address and telephone number. If the order is being shipped to a third party, I will also need the recipient’s name and mailing address.
